Who has experienced a increase in shoe size after pregnancy? When can you confirm that your feet has grown bigger. I had to wear bigger shoes when I was pregnant due to swelling of the feet but now also afterwards I don't seem to fit a lot of my shoes. Though the swelling has gone. I did try some shoes just after birth and I was happy that most of them were still usable but now a few weeks later they are suddenly too small. I do have painfull feet actually every morning I wake up. I am not sure if I need to buy new shoes or I have to wait a little..???

mine swelled during pregnancy, but I was able to get back into my original size. I even tried to go UP a size the next time I bought shoes, but they were too big. I've had two and am now pregnant with my 3rd - maybe THIS TIME they'll get much too big and I can get a whole new shoe wardrobe!

I had to wear one size bigger when I was pregnant. But I was back to original size 3-4 months after delivery. When did you give birth?

Gave birth 6 weeks ago. But if you look at my feet they are not swollen, big anymore.. They look like before pregnancy.. Still, could be that I can get back to my shoe size?
I hope so because although the thought of buying new shoes is nice, I also really like what I have :-((

Oh just 6 weeks!!!
I can't guarantee you are going to be back to your old size but I remember I still couldn't slip into my old shoes 6 weeks after delivery (by then I didn't bother to go out anyway) Wait for one or two months later! (Just like I didn't expect I could ever put on my old jeans again. Now I actually find them looser than before! *_^ )

Oh! I bought 6 pairs of shoes when i was 20 weeks preg. Never wear. They don't fit now cos i am now 36.5 weeks preg and my feet are so swollen. Wonder if i can fit in again after birth!? Worried...
By the way, what about hip width? I also bought 4 tight dresses and 4 skirts when i was 12 weeks preg, also never wear....gosh..
