I want to switch job, unfortunately i still cannot find new job yet... My boss said if I quit he has to cancel my working visa T-T.....
If he cancel my work visa, is it gonna be harder for me to find new job?
What should I do? Keep doing the thing that I really dont like or just quit.

Also (you might be aware of this already), understand that a work visa is tied to a particular job (or at least organization). Hence, your new employer would have to go through the work visa process for you again. In other words, procedurally you have no advantage over anybody else without a work visa, regardless of whether you maintain your current visa or not.
Some (pretty unsophisticated) employers might not be aware of this - but they will find out soon enough...

Although new employer is SUPPOSED to go thru process again, in practice it is not the case. I have been living n HK now for 8 yrs, just got my permanent residency (7yrs). During this time I have switched jobs twice from the original visa. No problems, just go to HK immigration with letter from NEW employer stating your salary, position, start date etc, and immigration usually will just process/approve within couple of weeks.
Of course it makes sense to confirm new job before quitting existing one anyways...

The other point worth noting is that you can stay in HK until the end-date of the visa stamped in your passport. But as soon as you leave and re-enter you will be granted a tourist visa only.
