Could someone please help provide some advice on what sort of phone systems I should look at using for a small 3-5 people business. I get so confused between the PBX, Keylines and hunting etc systems.
should I just get individual lines instead?

for a small biz with less than 10 ppl, it depends on your volumes of incoming/outgoing calls.
A keyline system is suitable, as it can usually handle range of 1-50 lines depending on models. If you are on tight budget and don't want to spend money upfront for a keyline, then ask PCCW or one of the other telcos for a business line with hunting capabilities.
I think they also offer services similar to PABX/Keyline but from their own system.
