I am moving to Singapore in a month & my son will be joining Singapore American School in August. He will be grade 1. Any opinion about the school? How many students in 1 class?

I have heard great things about the school from friends in Singapore. Great facilities and community, supposedly better than HK schools.

LevyG, the lack of opinions is more likely to be dur to lower levels of Singapore traffic than poor opinions of the school. Maybe worth trying one of the Singapore-specific sites?

Mum of 2, I agree with you. Location is way out of the center. Now residence area is a big problem for us. Xpatwife, that was what I heard from many people when I was looking for school & especially recomanded by HKIS. Thank you everyone for your info.
