Hello I'm currently working in finance, in the equity side. What kind of job in finance would use my creativity a bit more as I am a creative sort. Feel brain dead these days. Anyone?

Ideas off the top of my head (also work in equities) .... philanthropy issues (in-house charitable work), diversity (helping firm source best talent from outside 'usual' pool of staff). Um. struggling really. Conferences? Internal and external - sourcing speakers, etc.?
