My husband and I have recently separated and the children and I have left HK and our consequently did not renew our dependants visas. My 'husband' has a HK ID card, work permit but not perm residency yet (seven years soon). The small ones miss HK terribly. Can we still live there? We are technically still 'dependant' on 'hubby' for everything as I am a stay at home mum and he literally pays for everything. Is this possible? Please advise!

Thank you everyone. There arent any papers lodged regarding divorce, let alone separation, so will send an email to IMMD - they have always been incredibly helpful in the past. Cheers.
