I'm curious to know how to make congee for babies. Please share any good congee recipes with me. Thanks!

We blend/ chop the meat and veggies into small pieces before cooking to avoid choking (of course it depends on how old your baby is)

You may also add egg yolk and corn. Taste good too.

If you cook fish congee, make sure you add the fish AFTER making the congee. Pick all the bones and mesh it before putting into the congee.

Just regular rice or brown rice. Feed your baby what you are having...it doesn't have to be a special batch.
