Can anyone recommend a chinese restuarant in Central that has takeout for the above. I'm sure the local restuarants have it but unfortunately I cannot read chinese.

there's a small lane after theatre lane before li yuen street. i think its called chiu lung street just after melbourne plaza. the shop is across fm the side entrance of fortress
it's mainly a takeaway shop with an open kitchen, and they have english menu on their very big board of options. when you enter the cashier would be on the right side, and the menu board on the left side of the wall.
i like their singapore noodles there too
