On the HK Island side, you can find these from street vendors of Tai Yuen Street, Wanchai.

ribbon emporium shops do littl draw string bags with chinese feel. There is an 'organza' top. One down lanes opposite old lane crawfords (H & M) and one up the peak I believe. Cheap and really nice.
