are there cosmetology schools in hong kong?

I'm sure there are, but the classes would probably be taught in Cantonese. In addition to private schools, there may be courses available at one of the Institutes of Vocational Education (IVE) or through the Vocational Training Council (VTC).

It can be difficult to find courses in HK (even university courses) if you aren't fluent in Chinese.
