Mini Pc Help ?

I wanted to buy a minipc but not sure which is best, I saw one in Broadway and it's Acer AP2000-004 cost $3999 but would I be better buying one from computer shops in Golden Computer centre or Wan chai computer centre.

I am not sure what you mean by a "minipc" since my HP laptop is probably the smallest machine I have ever bought, but it is the most powerful. If you mean a "minimal performance computer" I was caution against buying something that you will regret. As for the comment about "no one ever got fired for buying IBM", one never got cutting edge or exceptional hardware either, but you got reasonably solid equipment (as long as you didn't buy the stock - there must have been a few heads rolled for buying the stock some years ago). I considered Lenovo when I was shopping for my latest machine, but decided I got much more for my money with another name brand.


I would look for a known brand with a good warranty, proven good local service, with the specifications that will satisfy you.
