Take a trip to Sham Shui Po, They have a shop in the Golden Centre and one in Apliu St.

There are quite a few battery shops inside the Admiralty Centre near Fortress. You've got two near the front a a smaller shop around the bend from Fortress. That is where I buy the batteries for my cameras.
