I am moving from New York City to HK, most likely in and around the Tai Koo Shing area. 2 questions. (i) My 2 daughters (7 and 4) need good after school programs and I don't have a clue. The girls like arts and music. Any ideas?(ii) The big one is admitted to the NYC's talented & gifted program. Do HK schools and/or after school programs offer something like that? Thanks a lot in advance.

Most international school in Hong Kong cater to gifted and talented children. My son is at HKIS, and they have a fantastic program. If your children are attending local schools, the EMB's programs for gifted children start at Grade 4, so you still have to wait a couple of years.
