Hi, I am trying to remove Bearshare from a friends computer and it keeps telling me:

Access is denied. Make sure disk is not full or write protected.

This is driving her crazy not to mention slowing her computer down, any ideas.

A google search using "bearshare remove XP access denied" brings up all sorts of recommendations
