yeah and they promise the world to get you to sign on the dotted line and work out the logistics afterwards. make sure you know what you are signing, what the agreed delivery times are and get the salesmans business card (so you can hold them responsible). I have only just sorted out the mess that one of these salesman created after signing up 3 months ago (3 different accounts all with the same service resulting in PCCW sending 3 different installation teams at different times to my apartment!)
