My girl just turned 1, n i planning to start her on egg white soon. So wondering other than hard boil egg, how else did you prepare egg for your kids?
Thanks for sharing,

scrambled is a big favorite with mine. NIce soft texture can be gummed well and you don't need much else except some butter and some whole milk.
I don't add salt to the eggs...

boiled - make sure it is fully cooked, then cut into pieces.
Scrambled - break one egg into a cup, mix really well with a fork, add some black pepper if you want, heat a frying pan with a small amount of butter or olive oil, pour in egg, then mix using a wooden or soft spoon/spatula, when fully cook remove.
Eggy Toast - Make a piece of toast (whole wheat!), break an egg in a glass as above, add a dash of black pepper and a dash of cinammon. Put the toast in a wide bowl, pour the egg over the toast and soak the toast with the egg. Then heat the frying pan (as above) then fry the toast on each side - be sure it is cooked all the way through. Then cut into sticks. Major hit with most babies.
Egg omlette with spinach and cheese - once you master the above!
BTW - baby is one now, you can give whole fat milk, no need for formula anymore.
I know the YWCA offers a class on cooking for toddlers, maybe you can take that?

My little one loves eggs. I do fried egg, yolk fully cooked. She loves it.
The eggy toast, also know as French toast, is a hit with my daughter.
I would not suggest pepper though for a baby

you can do scrambled eggs in the microwave, just mix the egg with a bit of milk, pop in the microwave, 80% power for about 1 1/2 mins stirring half way through.
