if you have established that it is indeed pimples and not some skin allergy or anything, perhaps it's time to invest in some decent skincare for your daughter.
i got my 1st period at 10 so puberty hit me early in all ways....my mum started me on clinque skincare, easy peasy 3 step programme. for something more economical, try loreal or nivea or garnier?
