We will be going to Club Med Bali in the summer, and I have enrolled my 2 yr old in the Petit Club. He has of course never been to school alone so I am a bit worried how he will manage. Have read good reviews about the Petit Club about how well and quickly kids have adjusted. Would like to hear from parents with similiar experience!! tips and advice most welcomed!

We went to Bintan during Easter and although my son was just under the age group for the petit club, they suggested that if we hired a babysitter, he’d be able to spend the time at the club and join in with what the other kids were doing. I think they just need extra eyes on little ones. My son had a great time, although we only put him in for a few ours for a couple of days.

Thanks for all your reassurance! Actually I was kinda surprised to hear that Krayfish's son was allowed to join the Petit Club even when he was underaged. My friend who initially wanted to join us on this trip was told by the Club Med office people here that there was no way her 23 mth old could join even if she was accompanying him.

I'm sure you'll have a great time Kara. As someone who's not usually into all in holidays I was very pleasantly surprised. As for my son joining the petit club, maybe we just got lucky although I imagine that at most of the clubs the staff would probably be quite flexible once you're there.
