Blackberries sound great, but what do they cost to run per month? Can anyone tell me? If I buy one, how would I go about getting it set up?

I bought mine from CSL, they set it all up for me. I'm on a plan of around $450 a month but the bills have been much higher ($1000 -$1500) using it for calls/email/sms.
I did use it for web browsing on holiday and came back with a $3500 phone bill - whoops!
I will certainly look into a plan that is better for me now that I can see my usuage is much higher than I expected.
