Trying to find wellingtons and rain capes for my 14 month old daughter. Anyone know where sells them? She is a size 5 Startrite shoe

I'd skip the wellies at that age, unless yours is an exceptionally coordinated walker/runner. They're just awkward and cumbersome for them. Some sort of waterproof sandle with good tread is more fun and confidence building.
