which brand of breast pads are the most discreet? have tried avent which are VERY obvious. i read that pigeon is good? can get it at mannings on robinson?

I use cloth ones... they are super comfortable and pretty discreet unless you are wearing a thing white top (like all nursing mothers do - haha)

I loved pigeon the most - wasn't so in love with medela - but everyone has their own tastes.


in the end, In seoul I found these great cloth skin toned ones - and those were the most discreet....

When you are nursing on one side, stop the flow of milk on the other by pressing in with heel of your hand. Hopefully you won't leak so much soon. You can also nurse only one side per feed to reduce your supply to more manageable amounts.

Wearing a blouse-y shirt that hangs free can help camoflage them as well.

Lansinoh are the most discreet ones that I came accross. They are super thin and shaped a little so that they don't bunch up in the middle. I used to get them from either Mothercare or Bumps to Babes. Pigeon and Medela were too thick for me especially in summer.
