What is the best ice skating rink in Hong Kong for young children?

The festival walk one is nice. It's "bigger". And, the instructors there are quite experienced with young children. It's not so much WHICH ice rink is better, it's the time you go that matters. Choose daytime, before lunch.... less people. I see kids having the whole ice rink to themselves for lesson b/c everyone else is at school or at work.
Don't go on weekends. Way too many people....
