Toys R Us seems to be as good as anywhere, although I'm not sure of the current price. As for the games they seem to have disappeared from some of the 'heavily discounted' places like Ladies Market, and so places like TRU might also be the best.

Got to 188 Wan Chai Road, and you can buy the DS lite with the R4. I got everything with the case, R4, SD, and the NDS all for $ 1400.00.
