Eating seafood/fish in Hong Kong?

I've recently read an article about the dangers of eat too much seafood/fish in Hong Kong that is locally caught or from Vietnam due to high levels of mercury. I love seafood but am now too worried to eat lots of it.


What does everyone else think and do?

I don't eat it everyday but my helper cooks some fab seafood/fish dishes though she tells me that prawns are expensive at the moment so we haven't bought any for ages but with all this reading I've been too scared to eat it too often.
