Sorry,it not called American Women Association in tokyo.It's called Tokyo American Club and they have a womens group.

Association of College Women in Japan, most of the events are held in Tokyo American Club which means even if you are not a member you can still go for the ACWJ's activities.
Try to access Tokyo Notice Journal, Japan Times, Daily Yomiuri, Tokyo Weekender, all the associations catering to everyone is listed at the above.
