I know what that feels like... Try Bua Hom Thai Massage. Not a fancy place but all massuers are Thai and I would recommend 1 hours Thai Massage. It stretches you and loosen all the tight muscles... My massuers name is Poon. Its on the 5th floor of the California Entertainment Building on D'Aguilar Street and it is about HKD 200 per hour. I give Poon a tip too after that. FYI - Poon has strong hands!

Hey GSM
You may want to think about some kind of meditation or yoga to ease your stresses & strains - often we feel very tired through mental as well as physical strains - check out the New Age Shop & Shakti Healing Circle to see if anything appeals... of course the other inexpensive ways to relax are home-made... perhaps a long relaxing soak in the bath with some candles, nice bubble bath and a glass of wine... (get someone else to watch the kids/ look after aged parents) - or a home manicure/ pedicure to help you feel better about yourself... lots of things to help...

Oh dear, can't you chuck a sickie?
:P I'm only half serious of course. I've been a cliche office lady for 4 weeks now, so I'm aching at all the *right* places. The first thing I'd suggest to you is to replace your chair with a rubber exercise ball instead, for all the obvious benefits for your hips/spine/legs. Next, I'd really recommend dancing to Shania Twain in your living room, wave your arms and legs (kick up into the air)! :D Save the expensive massages and essential oils and classes that you don't have time for for last resorts. When I'm desperate, I do a Southern Chinese school of Taichi specifically designed for body aches.
Hope you'd get well soon.

Thanks for all ur replies..
Yes would first concentrate on the home therapies and then atleast once would go for a massage...
tai Chi am told is a very good exercise so is yoga.. i would love to calm down a little, my mind also works overtime as does my body..
I think i need to learn to pamper myself.. I know am not the only one who is over burdened , but offlate I have seen its taking a toll on my body.. i get exhausted after a while and develop fever because of exhaustion...
