can anyone tell me where i can get dvd players chipped?


we moved here recently from the uk and our dvd players won't accept local dvd's - very annoying!

i know, but we have three and they're good ones. it seems wasteful to throw away three perfectly good players just cause they have the wrong chip in them.

do a google search about " DVD region code breaking"

sometimes certain models don't even have to be dechipped - they can just be reprogrammed with a remote control. VERY handy.

i've managed to get the codes from the net and now all our machines are multi-region. i didn't even have to leave the flat!
