Does anyone take this? If so hwo do you find it?
Someone recommended it to help with energy as it is suppose to have protein or something.

Eeek, my dad tried that years ago. At least I don't see any differnce on him :P. If you really want to try it, any large enough drug store tend to have them, if not, how about try online shopping? or maybe you can locate a GMC Livewell store where you live?

My husband and I have both been taking it for about 12 months. We take it in tablet form - nothing eeek about it.
It does give you energy. It has no 'bad' stuff, it's made from kelp and it is as you say protein. Some Dr's here in Hong Kong recommend it if you are thinking of using the protein drinks that are sold to lose weight. Use Spiralina instead of the protein shake that is.
