just buy white cotton fabric and have it made. There are dress / alteration shops in admiralty centre and melbourne plaza.

Yue Hwa (Chinese department store) in Jordon has lab coats in their men's department, I don't know how tall your kids are but they do have XS... phone no. is 2384 0084

not sure if its still there, but there was a shop in worldwide house, central, which had uniforms - I'm guessing for domestic helpers - which may have something small enough for a teen child. We found some white lab coats/dresses when looking for a nurse outfit!
