I am living in Causeway Bay for 8 yrs rental is $ 8,500. I got no contract for 6 yrs. we had a verbal agreement with the landlord , I have all the receipts for the rentals...

The problem is they will demolish the whole block where i live...Should they give us (owner) something to use for moving out of this flat?

I am confused now as rental nowadays is really

high...

What are the legalities of this terms..

Pls. i need some information and advices ...
