We are due to leave for the Grand Hyatt Bali next Saturday. Priority is a relaxing family holiday. There is a big maintenance programme (i.e. building work) going on in the hotel at the moment, apparently around 100m from the pool area.
Has anyone been to the hotel very recently and is the noise from the building work noticeable? Living in a HK apartment block where the noise of drilling and hammering is a constant companion, we would rather avoid this on holiday.
