I've heard on the grapevine about a boot camp that takes place every morning at about 6am down at the Stanley Ho sports centre. Really keen to find out more about this. Does anyone have any info? Thanks

I think it's just a fitness club really, but quite intensive and so would be perfect if weight loss was your goal
