Anyone having problems with the "register my card" function on their website?

call Miss Chan on 2101 1391, and see how unhelpful Starbucks are!! there is $1000 on my card and i asked her what would happen if i lost my card, and because i couldnt register, i lost the money on it.....her coment was "er.......mmm.....er........we are really sorry about that!" Excellent

I could not register my card either. I had HK$2,000 on mine, but in the end demanded all my money back and gave them their card back too. I much prefer to use the Octopus card,

Because many of the outlets have now done away with the OCtopus card system and have moved over to their own card.

its a gimmik!!, but whats the point in advertising to register to protect your money and then you cant even do it! farily pathertic considering how massive a company they are!!
