which gym to go to?

i'm not that particular with hi-tech equipment. what i'm more concerned with is staff friendliness. not-so-crowded gym and cheap rates are a plus. any recommendations?

Cali is so noisy no matter the time of day. I like to listen to music but at Cali I was going deaf.


I switched to Physical in March 2007 as I was able to get 21 months for about HK$5200 - I paid in full upfront. Surprisingly enough I am able to get on all the equipment when I need as many people had forwarned me that they have to wait for equipment during peak times.
