where can I buy dumbbells for strength training.

I am after weights for women i.e. 2lbs, 5lbs, 8lbs etc. Can't find anywhere

Walk along Connaught Road from the escalator toward Sheung Wan and there is a shop on the corner of one of the streets that goes through to Des Veoux Road that sells all sorts of small gym gear inc. weights.

Retail stores like Gigasports, Marathon Sports, and royal Sporting house all have them. With the rack, 3 pairs of dumbbells. Different weights available.

You can also buy in Mongkok. They have many stores in the area where all the sneaker shops are selling sports equipment. I have seen many with full sets of dumbbells including benches, curling bars, etc.
