Hi,
My son has woken up with a puffy swollen eye today (dragon boat day). Does anyone know if Dr's surgeries are open on public holidays. Hong Kong side would be better.

You can bring him to any hospital to have him checked by a GP. Try the Canossa. They have a 24 hour non-emergency center.
