Why have you not approached the Estate Agents Authority (EAA)? It was set up just for this purpose and its resource centre in Wanchai has all the information regarding obtaining a estate agent's licenCe and the qualifying exam one has to take in order to apply for a licenCe. Surely that should have been your first stop.

For info, I wouldn't exactly say that the EAA has all the information regarding obtaining a licence. I know, as I have done both the Salesperson's exam and Estate Agent's exam.
The EAA will give you a leaflet which supposedly lists all the reading material needed in order to cover the syllabus. However, some of this is out of date and in fact it doesn't cover everything. In addition, at least one of the books mentioned in it is almost impossible to get hold of.
As spannermonkey has said, Stanley To runs courses in English. I don't think they are accredited though, certainly not by the EAA - there is no mention of them on the EAA website. In fact, according to the website, there are no courses for English speakers. I did Stanley's course for the Estate Agents exam - he runs one course for both exams, and the cost is $5,000. The course is on two nights per week, 3 hours each night, and you have to be prepared to do a lot of reading and studying at home.

I too am looking for some study material for the Estate and Salesperson exams. There are Chinese study guides available from Midland, but nothing in English. Other than the simple publications from EAA and the course that Stanley To runs, is there anything else available for us Non-Chinese speakers? Thanks.
