Hi,

My family will be moving to Hong Kong end Dec. I will be enrolling my child into Singapore International School, can anyone give me any advice if this school is good ?

Also, the schools is in Aberdeen, which is the best area we should stay so that I am near to all amenities ?

How is living in Hong Kong like ?

I would appreciate if you any of you can give me some advises as I am very concern whether it is a good idea to move there or not ?

Thanks - Emmelinda

Not sure of your budget - but try Pokfulam as a location.

That's very helpful as I hope my son would get adapt to the school faster and better.

I would also check on South Horizons. What about Residence Bel-Air ?

I lived for 2,5 years at the Bel-air, and was very sad to leave as it is one off the nicest place in HK to live! You should make an appointment to have a look. The clubhouse is one of a kind, especially for children and mothers! (courses Pilates, Yoga,) (Beauty-institution) If i could i would go back today! It's not only the Bel-air i miss, it's whole HK. We live in Kuala Lumpur for almost 4 months and then you realize how special HK is, for us, it was a "dream society", safety ( here i'm afraid they steal my baby-boy and go to Indonesia to sell him!)friendly ( here everything is "NO",first no, maybe later when you explain more, show some money, it good be a yes! But okay,we get used to it, after 2 years, we probably go back to HK probably living at the Bel-air!

The rental depends on the size of the apartment,we paid 35.000 hkd a month for a 1.700 sqft apartment contract over 2 years.

That is very reasonable. We are not looking for such a big apartment as there are only 3 of us. Any idea who I can contact to get this kind of good rates ? We intend to sign for more than 3 years, if possible.

Thanks
