I know having even one person sick is bad but honestly, to hear only 5 people got sick at a hotel does not seem bad to me considering they serve hundreds of meals per day.......

Everyone also always thinks it's the seafood but it's often as simple as a dirty ice machine or sink that the ice is kept in that is the culprit.

I did not get the food poisoning but I think it's a big deal if 20 or 30 people get sick, not 5 people at the same table.......

Talking about food poisoning is very practical to me.....when I firt moved here, I had it about every few weeks and I never once ate in a dai pai dong or local restaurant.
