Bel-Air

Hi, we live just up the hill from Bel-Air but have friends who live there. So I can't give you a first-hand account of living there, but from what I've seen, it's like living in a resort-hotel that has absolutely everything. The children are very mobile and independent -- eating at the coffee shop that runs on 'points' and not $$, playing in the games room, playground on their own, etc. The swimming pools are amazing. There's a Park N Shop down the street at the shopping centre that up to now is pretty deserted most days, but does have a great cinema and good restaurants and a Starbucks. There's the Meridian Hotel there, too. The only thing I feel is that it is very hotel-ish and not home-ish. But you definitely would have lots more social opportunities there! Hope that helps a bit!

We have been living in Bel-Air for almost 2 years and I love it. It is definitely not hotel-ish, although the facilities are great. My kids love the clubhouse and the lawn area where they can cycle and play ball. My elder son also takes all his after-school classes in the club. I have only 1 complaint about the place which is the constant road repairs and building maintenance. Other than that, your kids and you would defnitely enjoy the people and activities here.

We live in Phase 3 and love the playground and club facilities as well. My kids can always find someone to play with in the playground or in the clubhouse. Grocery supply is not a big issue for us as we normally ask for deliveries to our flat as almost all the big supermarkets can do home deliveries.
