I'm planning to bring my 8 month old baby to Singapore for a short break - is car seat mandatory there? Just wondering as I don't drive in HK so I'll be buying one solely for the trip, if so required.

Unfortunately in Singapore, it's not mandatory for a child to be in a carseat when travelling in a cab.
