There is a shop called May's on Lyndhurst Terrace. They sell second hand designer clothing, so you can try them.
For high street brands, try the AsiaXPat Classifieds.
For the rest, you can either donate to Oxfam, Salvation Army or even offer to your maid to take to her church group.
