mosquitoes bites scars

what cream to use for these scars?been there for about 3 months.(referring to my toddler.)

We use tea tree oil. Sometimes i use Penaten (we bought and brought from Oz). Apart from that, my toddler doesn't usually get mozzie bites as a) he hasn't lots of sugar in his diet b) he has half an orange every other day c) I stick one of those yellow mozzie patch on his t-shirt when we are outdoors.

My godson burnt his arm and the specialist suggested to his mother to use Bio Oil for the scarring.


The main thing (I know it is hard) is to not let them scratch them either by not getting bitten or if they are by applying a topical treatment (eg stingose).
