When exiting immigration, turn left immediately after exiting the building. Go up the long escalator and follow the walkway over the train tracks. Immediately after you are over the train tracks, there is an entrance on your left. It looks a bit more like a restaurant from the outside. It's called something like Xie Mei Xian (?) can't remember although I go often. A two-hour Chinese massage is $88. The staff is friendly and they have just finished refubishing all floors. The staff don't speak much English but can help you along.

I'd try Queen's Spa and Dining. It is fabulous. It is unlike any other spa experience. You can get a shuttle from the railway station. Exit the station turn right and go underneath to the carpark area. Look for the Queens Spa mini bus. They have restaurants, a cinema, swimming pool area with slides, tv's fpr reclining seats, sleep capsules for sleeping at night and complimentary fruit buffet with drinks. They can accommodate many people. It has over 5 floors of action including non-smoking sections. There is always an English speaking manager. Be prepared to be pampered. Costs are fabulous too. You can get a fabulous aromatherapy massage for $208HK for 90 minutes. Too many to mention. All very reasonable. All the usual massages, and they have a nail salon and hair salon. Facials are great too. What are you waiting for.

Queens Spa and Dining is ok, actually the dining is the best part and handy as just across the road from my office. But the massage is so so in my opinion. Last time I was there I actually stopped the woman from carrying on the massage it was that bad and we spent over an hour arguing with the management who of course wanted to pay full price. The girl who massaged me claimed I wanted to finish the massage early because I wanted to go back to Hong Kong. I had already told her several times it was so painful. Since then have never been back for a massage and never will but do use the restaurant regularly!

I've used Pacific and also Maya which are better for massage, although my impression is that Maya offers more than just massage - not something I could quantify! They do have Karaoke rooms and great swimming pool though and hotel rooms.

Plenty of good and bad places in SZ, been to some others but they are off the beaten track.

Geez....a bad experience with Queens Spa for you evildeeds. I have been at least 10 times and can honestly say haven't had a problem. Mind you, I'm not a huge fan of the chinese-bone crunching style hence the aromatheraphy option. Don't blame you for wanting to finish massage early. My advice would be to any prospective visitors, to get the English manager to inform whoever is doing the massage your preference and pain threshold limit.

In all, you win some you lose some right? I have taken many visitors and expats there and we've all had a wow of a time.
