hi..i am applying for my hubby's dependant visa and would like to ask few questions:

1. my in laws are both dead so do i have to mention their details on section-i?..or just mention "deceased" along side their names?

2. do i need to produce copies of the family's details (e.g. passports) regarding section-i?

3. do we HAVE to send birth certificates and passbook (which i do not own) to the home office?

4. how much does the visa cost?
