A tech internet startup company is seeking help from a lawyer in HK with the following as an initial project:

The first project is the review of

1) general terms and conditions

2) privacy laws in hongkong

3) appropriate disclaimers on the website

4) any sale ordinance related advise and info we need to put down on the site
