Where can I find a nice parchment pen for a man's birthday gift. I don't want to spend more than HK$400.

Yue Hwa Chinese arts and crafts centre. ask them where they keep their calligraphy sets. these pens are kept along with these. In TST Yue Hwa is right behind HMV. In Jordan opp the TST Police station. Dunno where they are on the island side.
