I would like to get info on how much other parents are paying for school bus for the last month of the school year.
I feel that I am being overcharged by my son's school bus fee for July, as they are still charging me the whole month's fee of 1,000 hkd for less than 10 days of service.
Aside from the school, is there a hotline to the education bureau where I can place this concern?

Most school buses are run by private companies and are nothing to do with the schools. As far as I know most of them will charge for a full month even if theres holidays in the term,i.e April when theres the Easter holidays. Apart from cancelling the bus for the last term and using public. We did this for June this year as my daughter only had to go in occassionally for exams.
