G'day folks
I understand that Hong Kong has Public TV channels and Radio stations in English,if that assumption is correct could someone please inform me of their quality of TV programs.Are they for example like the BBC or ABC (The Australian equivalent of the BBC).I am well aware one can get satelite/cable TV almost anywhere on earth,but that is not what I am requesting information on.

Just by way of variation we probably watch TVB Pearl (English channel of TVB) more than any other channel - and we have about 40 channels to chhose from, including BBC World (watch for news only) amd Australia Network (news plus Oz sport). We don't compare it with anywhere else; we just enjoy it for what it is. On the other hand ATV World (the ATV English channel) doesn't get much of a viewing in our home.

I have downloaded for free the TVU player from Viidoo.com and now watch live tv on my computer.
I still have Satellite and local tv but now I get international live stations too.
You can buy a cable and hook your computer to your tv as well but I have not done that yet.
