sham shui po is a new immigrant district, they have very famous hunan hand-made noodles and many true mainland local food there. is around the area of computer center or ask the ppl in the fabric shop.
for visitor, i wouldn't think is an interesting experience to eat at a food court of a shopping mall while u have a great chance to try very local food.
